    Avoiding Cooking Failures

Connie Malamand of the elearning coach interviewed me recently after I presented on the topic of instructional designers and self-management. A key to being a successful instructional designer is not only understanding sound ID principles but also having the capability to manage yourself and your portion of the project. In addition it is essential for you to be able to communicate effectively on your project responsibilities.

You can find the interview here.

If you would like to review the presentation that I gave you can find it here (requires Microsoft Silverlight).
